Shalom ya’ll!

That is right.  I am a Texan, and I get to say ya’ll!   I got a pretty cool surprise for you Texans out there.  I will give you this surprise at the end of this post.

This week, we published our first guest author.  His name is David Wilber.  He works for Passion for Truth Ministries, and was kind enough to let us use his material.  You can click the link below to read it.

“Call No Man Rabbi!” – A Misunderstanding?

If you enjoyed it and found it edifying, let him know in the comments of the article.  We look forward to adding more of Mr. Wilber’s insights to TeshuvaAmi.com.  We are also looking for more guest authors.  If you would like to be a guest author, or if you know someone who might want to get their material out to more people, shoot me an email (steven -@- teshuvaami.com), or better yet, sign up on our forums and post!

We are currently working on a series called Error of the Lawless.  This series has been a goal of ours for awhile, and it should be a pretty heavy hitter.  Though it is not yet finished, you can start reading the series now.  We will be adding more and more to is as time permits, so keep on checking back.

Error of the Lawless: An Introduction

We are also working on another series which has to do with the two greatest conflicts in our belief system.  That is the ideas of Two House and One Law.  How do you feel about Two House and One Law theology?  Let us know on our forums!

In addition, we will be working on expanding the Jewish Apologetics section, while not neglecting the CHristian apologetics.  It is a lot to juggle, but with your prayers we can make it happen, G-d willing.

Alright Texans!  Ready for your surprise?

A Dallas Theological Seminary Web director who likes to “tinker with the Bible,” has developed a plugin that allows readers to draw out the plural “you” in Scripture by rendering the pronoun as “y’all.”

To wit:

“For I am the Lord who brought y’all up from the land of Egypt to be y’all’s God; thus y’all shall be holy, for I am holy.”

Yeeeeehawww!

If you are interested in such a thing, you can find the Bible app here.  If you are not a Texan, never fear!  The developer of the app has added other region specific pronouns, such as  Pittsburgh’s (yinz), general US’ (you guys), NYC’s (youse guys), UK’s (you lot), etc.  Enjoy yourselves!

That is all we have for now, but of course, keep checking back for more articles and news.  Oh, and JOIN OUR FORUMS (they are lonely and sad without you)!

Shalom!
